Incidents are reviewed based on the affected customer workflow and the available account details.
Internal recovery steps are kept private so support can respond without exposing operating details publicly.

This page explains CheckInBDA's current incident contact and communication process. It is not a service-level agreement, uptime warranty, or live all-systems status feed.
