CheckIn Bermuda.

Trust and security

Clear boundaries for customer check-in data.

CheckInBDA is built for privacy-conscious arrival management: simple QR check-in, staff visibility, and operational controls without positioning the product as a medical, emergency, booking, payment, or recordkeeping system.

Arrival management only

CheckInBDA helps service businesses manage arrivals. It is not a medical record system, emergency intake tool, scheduling or booking system, payment system, or CRM replacement.

Business-controlled fields

Businesses choose from approved check-in fields and manage staff access. CheckInBDA is designed for simple arrival details, and businesses should avoid collecting symptoms, diagnoses, insurance numbers, emergency details, or highly sensitive personal information.

Business data separation

Arrival records are shown to the business that collected them and to authorized staff for that business. The product is built around business-specific dashboard access.

Routine retention

Customer arrival records are configured around a 90-day routine retention period, subject to legal, security, billing, support, or dispute-resolution needs.

Data requests

Businesses can contact CheckInBDA about export or deletion requests. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@checkinbda.com.

Product safeguards

How the current product limits risk.

Business dashboard access is limited to authorized users.
Customer check-in requests are reviewed before they are accepted.
Businesses choose from approved fields instead of open-ended public form building.
Routine arrival records are handled around the published retention window.
Support and recovery procedures are handled privately by CheckInBDA.
Businesses remain responsible for appropriate staff access and field choices.

Compliance note

Designed to support responsible setup.

CheckInBDA does not claim to be a compliance certification, medical-record platform, or emergency-response system. Businesses remain responsible for configuring fields, staff access, customer notices, and internal procedures for their own industry and legal obligations.
