What is Secure QR mode?

Secure QR mode is designed for entrance tablets or monitors where businesses want a tighter in-person check-in flow.

Can I control when check-in is open?

Yes. Businesses can set check-in availability using business hours or temporary closure settings.

Can I see reports?

Yes. Reports help businesses review arrivals, statuses, and front-desk activity.

Do you offer SMS?

SMS Call / Ready is planned as a paid add-on. Live SMS will be enabled after SMS setup is complete.

Can multiple staff use CheckInBDA?

Yes. Starter includes 1 business location and up to 2 staff users. If you need 3 or more staff users, multiple providers, or higher usage, ask about Team / Clinic pricing.

Do you support multiple locations?

Starter includes 1 location. Multiple locations are handled through Team / Clinic or custom pricing.

Can I use it for walk-ins and appointments?

Yes. CheckInBDA can support walk-ins and appointment-based arrivals, so your team can see who has arrived and keep the front desk organized.

Do you support clinics and salons?

Yes. CheckInBDA is built for clinics, salons, spas, and other service businesses that need a simple way to manage customer arrivals. It is not a medical record system and should not be used for emergencies or sensitive medical data.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses can be set up quickly. Private onboarding help is available for teams that want guided setup before go-live.

What devices are supported?

iPhone, Android, tablets, and desktop browsers are supported.

Does CheckInBDA include a QR code?

Yes. Each business gets a QR code that links to its customer check-in page.
